YÖNETMELİK
DEVLET MEMURLARI YİYECEK YARDIMI YÖNETMELİĞİNDE
DEĞİŞİKLİK YAPILMASI HAKKINDA YÖNETMELİK
MADDE 1 – 19/11/1986 tarihli ve 86/11220 sayılı Bakanlar Kurulu Kararı ile yürürlüğe konulan Devlet Memurları Yiyecek Yardımı Yönetmeliğine aşağıdaki madde eklenmiştir.
"EK MADDE 1 – Bu Yönetmeliğe göre yiyecek yardımından yararlanacak personelden yataklı tedavi kurumlarında (üniversitelerin yataklı tedavi kurumları dahil) görev yapanlar, hasta için oluşturulmuş yemek servislerinden ücret ödemeden yararlanır."
MADDE 2 – Sayıştayın görüşü alınarak hazırlanan bu Yönetmelik 1/1/2008 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yayımı tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.
MADDE 3 – Bu Yönetmelik hükümlerini Bakanlar Kurulu yürütür.
